The Cutting Machine: An Essential Tool in Industrial Applications

Cutting machine is a common industrial machinery and equipment, widely used in various fields such as metal processing, construction and shipbuilding. Its main function is to cut, separate or trim the workpiece along a predetermined trajectory, which is essential for precision and efficiency in the manufacturing process.

Working principle
Mechanical cutting: Mechanical cutting refers to the way of cutting or separating the workpiece through mechanical force, common mechanical cutting equipment are sawing machines, milling machines and so on. The principle of mechanical cutting is that the cutting tool applies a force perpendicular to or parallel to the cutting surface to the workpiece, so that the cutting tool cuts, destroys or separates the workpiece along a predetermined trajectory. It can be simply summarized as: the workpiece is fixed, and the workpiece is cut or separated by external force.

The structure of the cutting machine
(1) Base: provide stable support for the cutting machine, so that it can maintain balance and stability during the working process.
(2) Workbench: used to place and fix the workpiece to be machined, the workbench usually has an adjustable Angle and height to adapt to different shapes and sizes of the workpiece.
(3) Cutting tool: According to the specific needs of the selection of appropriate cutting tools, including blades, saw blades, cutting hot wire, etc., for cutting or separating the workpiece.
(4) Drive device: drive cutting tool to work, the common drive device has motor, hydraulic system and so on.
(5) Control system: used to control the operation and working parameters of the cutting machine, including cutting speed, strength, tool position, etc.
